Booking Confirmation

A transport booking is considered confirmed only after the following:

• Customer shares complete transport details
• Service availability is confirmed
• Pickup schedule is finalized

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while submitting enquiry forms or confirming bookings.

• Correct pickup and delivery address
• Valid contact information
• Accurate vehicle details

Vehicle Preparation

Customers are advised to remove personal belongings from the vehicle before transport unless otherwise agreed with the service team.

Delivery Timeline

Transport delivery timelines may vary depending on several factors including distance, traffic conditions, weather, operational logistics, and government regulations.

Limitation of Liability
